All employment relationships are solely between the employer and the worker.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• Users must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Compliance with Indian Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

• Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986.
• Minimum Wages Act, 1948.
• Shops and Establishments laws applicable in their state.
• Labour Codes and other employment-related laws.

Employers must not employ children below the age permitted under applicable laws. LocalNaukri.in does not support, encourage, or permit illegal employment practices.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Information provided on the Platform.
• Conduct during interviews and employment.
• Salary negotiations and employment terms.
• Compliance with applicable laws.

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the Platform for fraudulent activities.
• Offer illegal, unsafe, or prohibited jobs.
• Demand money from job seekers for employment opportunities.
• Harass or discriminate against other users.

5. Verification

LocalNaukri.in may request Aadhaar card photographs, identity documents, mobile number verification, or other information solely for:

• User verification.
• Fraud prevention.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Platform security.

Verification does not constitute endorsement, guarantee, or certification of any person.

6. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Employment opportunities.
• Worker quality or performance.
• Employer authenticity.
• Salary payments.
• Job suitability.
• Availability of users.

7. User Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Background Checks

LocalNaukri.in does not conduct criminal, financial, or employment background checks unless explicitly stated.

Users are encouraged to independently verify identities and credentials before entering into any employment arrangement.

9. Payments and Transactions

Any payment between employers and workers is solely their responsibility.

LocalNaukri.in shall not be liable for:

• Non-payment of wages.
• Salary disputes.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Refund claims between users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalNaukri.in, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income.
• Employment disputes.
• Fraud or misrepresentation by users.
• Personal injury.
• Property damage.
• Harassment or criminal acts committed by users.
• Data loss or service interruption.

Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.

11. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalNaukri.in and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• Their use of the Platform.
• Violation of laws.
• Disputes with other users.
• False information provided.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account without prior notice if we believe:

• The account violates these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Information provided is misleading.
• The Platform is being misused.

13. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content on LocalNaukri.in are the property of LocalNaukri.in and may not be copied without permission.

14. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
